I'm a man. I used to do cross country and I gained a lot of stamina. But when I stopped, my butt turned into... let's say a story. I was just walking normally then I felt some vibes on my butt, so I turned around and the car accelerated away.
It's so irritating, so now I'm running a lot and doing push-ups 60 times and sit-ups 200 times, but I'm worried that if I do squats. It'll make my butt bigger.
So, what's the best exercise for me so I can lose my butt fat, but not anymore size into it.
