As hard as it may be, talking to someone about it (parents, teachers, etc.) might be the best thing to do. They know you better and will be able to point you in the direction of the help that you need. Until then, keep your head up and say a prayer or two, don't do anything drastic because there are people out there who truly love and care about you, trust me.
Tell your friends . . . They'll be one of your biggest support systems . . I suffer from depression and I did cut . My parents found out . They'll be one of your strongest support systems to . Don't kill yourself. I've tried . It's not worth it. People do love and care about you . It may not seem like it . Ignore people . You're not stupid . Just trust me . It isn't worth killing yourself over , or letting people get to you . Just focus on school , sports , family , and friends . Ignore anyone who calls you stupid or says anything to you . Stay strong <3

It's proven that men don't talk about their depression in fear of being criticized, but it takes a strong man to come out of the closet and talk about his situation. I'm sure you have someone in your life you can talk to a gf, sister, parents or even a councillor, don't ever consider suicide as an option, life is so long and beautiful you should go out and help others, don't drown in your sorrows, think about the impact it would have on your loved ones, if you are being bullied by friends then it is about time you move on from them. It doesn't make you weak it makes you strong because you are much stronger of a person since you don't have to belittle someone because they are different.
Please seek guidance, and if you need someone to talk to I am here for you
Take care of your self
First thing, you are not stupid. Everyone has things that they are good at. Even if you are bad at many things, there is something out there that you are good at. For me it is math. I am terrible at a lot of things. But I do math very well and I built my self esteem around that. I know you are good at something. FInd out what that is and engage in that activity to improve your self esteem.
Secondly, you might have bipolar disorder. This is a form of depression where your sad a lot but there are times that you feel good.
Continue to engage in physical activity. Football and track are good forms of exercise. Also, get yourself a pet and get a therapist for talk or behavorial therapy. This will help you feel better. Lastly see a psychiatrist so that he can prescribe some medication to lesson the depression.
Continue with the exercise and being around people. This should help.
You must complain to your teacher and parents. Talk to your parents and friends, keeping yourself limited will only increase your depression . Don't ever think about killing yourself, the best medicine is talk to you close friends they will surely gives you many solutions.
Middle school can be brutal! It was for me. You probably won't want to kill yourself after senior year because that's when life gets to be your own and your hormones will have begun to calm down by then, making it easier to brush off comments etc.Talking to your real friends or family members about you feelings might be a good idea or your parents if that is better for you. You are not stupid, that's obvious. Your hormones are all over the place and your brain is rewiring itself and growing right now like crazy, which can cause you to feel more sensitive and emotional. Those same changes causing you to feel sad and depressed are also responsible for making the kids at your school act like jerks! It will pass. Middle school is a tiny portion of you life. It's seems never ending, but it'll be over in no time. Keep playing your sports and focus on your studies. There is so much to look forward to, and people who love you. Remember that! Good luck!
