F2-D6 as a female singer is a good range, it's nearly 4 octaves!
F2 is lower than the average female can sing, I'd say, and is in fact lower than the official male tenor range.
D6 is not shabby either, this is more usual, and sopranos are ususally not called upon to sing higher than this.
Your true range doesn't start at F2. If you can eek it out it's probably extremely low in volume and barely audible if at all in front of a full orchestra with no mic. That's more of the bass-baritone range which CAN be heard with a richer and heavier tone. I think you meant F3 which is perfectly normal for a female. What matters is where the quality of your voice stands or where your tessitura is.
