I'm a credit card and identify theft victim. Serious affected by someone stealing my name, info,?

... etc. I recently did a google search on my name. Sonia Maria Green. I came across other images which were odd. Photos of people with my name that do not match the name. Sonia Maria is a Hispanic name, I found a Haitian woman with the same name. Is there anything I can do to clean up the images?
