You could get better by practicing at home and other places that are available and maybe do and extra hour a week, it's all about practice and how often you do it. Eating tips: DO NOT eat anything with a lot of sugar or fat in it or it will slowly get you out of shape so you should eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of water and some V8 if you like it. Exercises: You could punch and kick the bag for practice and do exercises such as sit ups, push ups, touch your toes, and maybe run around an exercising track or jog. I can not think of any professional or random exercises because I don't do Boxing myself. But in 2nd grade I used to box and punch out the tallest boy in my grade and he always bragged he could beat up a boy 10 times his size,(yeah right)! Sometimes I box with a boy who has Anger Management and I beat him every time! Lol xD
