I'm 23. I want to study and achieve something. I've passed only 10th. Is there any way for me to go?

Yea anybody can go to if your income is not hardly nothing the state can give you a ged you will be able to get that then sign up for college. The classes aren't real hard but you have to achieve that first then go from there.
