I've had it throughout my pregnancy so far, but this week it has been more extreme

Hi Lindsey, having a baby is the most wonderful and terrifying thing a woman can go through. I should no, I had 4. lol. Unless u are having some cramping or spotting, Its probably nothing to be alarmed about. With that being said, always no matter what listen to ur own gut feelings and dont let me or anyone else tell u differently. If u are concerned, then dont hesitate to call ur doctor. It is their job to make sure u and ur baby are safe and healthy. Dont let a little embarrasement put either of ur lifes at risk. I know sometimes its hard to figure out what is just u being anxious or if there is something serious going on. If ur not sure. Stand on the side of caustion. Play it safe. Give ur doctor a call. It cant hurt. This is ur baby, dont have any regrets. Now as I mentioned in the beginning, its sounds pretty normal. Try doing something to take ur mind off of it if u can. But if u cant thats ok to. U can take notes to give ur doctor on how often and how much discharge u have. That info can be helpful. Another thing thats helpful to is baby movements. Doctors find that helpful as well. Smile and take a deep breath. The adventure is just beginning. Take care of the two of u. And congradulations!
