I lift, and play goalkeeper. I've been falling out of shape lately. I want to improve my long distance running times. I eat fine. Lots of fruits, water, and meat. I can't keep up running with soccer anymore. I want to be able to run the mile in like 6:00.

run everyday 45 min and do hill repeat like 300 ft you will the run mile under 6 min .
