If you're still under 18/19, you're still not legally an adult, and your parents are still legally responsible for you. So they can get your marriage annulled, being the ones that signed the papers.
Once you're of age to sign your own papers, you can file for a new marriage license, and sign it yourself.
If ur married and under 18, then in the eyes of the law u are emancipated which means u are responsible for u and have all the legal rights of an 18 year old. Now granted Im in Oregon so double check to make sure the law is the same in ur state but I was married at 15 and from the judges mouth once ur parents signed that piece of paper allowing u to get married, it ended their legal rights. With that being said, it also allows them the right to kick u out on ur ass and make u fin for urself so consider the pro's and con's and maybe try working out a compromise to ur issues first. Ok!
If you have legal copies of paperwork where your parents gave permission for you to get married underage then no they cannot annul your marriage.
