I started my period 3 months after I turned 16, which was in January 2016. It lasted for 7-8 days. I haven't had my second period yet and I just turned 17 in October. It's coming up to being a year since my first one. Any explanation for this? I should be going to the doctor soon, but my mother has been holding it off due to other problems.
