OK so I live with my mom in Nc and I'm visiting my dad in Florida, and I'm doing some work for 100$ a day. And my dad said when I get paid he is taking my money can he legally do this???

yes and no ........yes he can take it ......if you give it to him and no.....if you hide it someplace you will remember and tell him that you are sixteen and you deserve to keep your money and he needs to suck it up and be a man and work for his OWN money

By law your guardian can take any money you earn. If it is a gift you keep it. If your father is not your guardian, he has no legal authority to take your money.

If he has custody of you, he can legally take it. If he doesn't have any part of custody of you, he cannot legally take it. I say just keep it since you worked for it yourself.
