I go to the gym every day with my dad, we do a hour or doing some machines then I do thirty minute cardio.. I will be 16 in six months.. and I need to know any tips for how to lose weight and if I'm doing the correct thing in the gym.. I use
Back pull down machine
Shoulder press machine
Chest press machine
Leg press machine
Abdominal machine
Hamstring machine
Biceps machine
I'm 15, I'm 107 kg go to the gym. Can anyone tell me. How long and give any tips for me to lose it
