Im 14 and Im wondering if dhs takes me from my parents can I choose to stay?

well this is how they work if they take you from your parents they will give them a chance to apply to get you back arrange visitation. The only way they would take you away is if the living situation is unsafe its possible you could go to a relatives house they like putting teens witth a family member if possible you might be old enough where they wouldn't borther taking you.
