you have to count your carbs deduce your sugar intake use a extra eye for calorie reduction you really have to cut out the sugar eat healthy fruits and vegetables you need good proteins cut your fat intake this would probably have alot to do with sugar also toneing up would have to be done with at least 30 minutes of exercise each day mabe working out at school getting involved with other activities take a look at the weight watchers online web site you can loose 10 pds on them you can even keep track of what your doing online
