Hello, i am a 12 year old girl from Canada, and i am 180 pounds! my parents are worried and they are making me go see a dietition, and my biggest problem is i cant exercise! i will run like 10m and ill be out of breath! now im not a big junk food eater, but i am a BIG eater. can someone please help me?

You are normal person. Don't freak out. When I was at your age, I used being fat and my parents concern about my diet. I took a gym class and did some exercise. You can do few push-up, sit-ups or whatever your favorite exercise. It doesn't have to run miles. You can run for 30 mins daily then that's it. Don't push yourself hard. I used a big eater. I don't eat that often since I keep myself busy. If you have some hobbies or something to keep yourself busy and you will forget about eating. When I went for a walk for a mile (it is also good exercise) and I will just drink water often during go out for a walk. You can to dance or moving your body in your favorite way like "nobody watch me dance" and it will help you lose some pounds but it will help. Don't eat something 2 hours before bed time. It will burn some of your calories during you sleep. Hope it helps.
