I've known someone for over 15 years, we've been emotionally and romantically involved numerous times, even tried dating but we're too young at the time, no matter if I had a girlfriend, I still thought about her and still do to this day. I can't even explain why, it just is, my body gets a different feeling around her or even thinking about her. Hard question to answer but is this love? Is this what some people talk about and hope that everyone finds?

Yes it's probably love. The lucky ones get to establish a, "till death do us part" type relationship. The rest of us just carry it with us forever. You at least have some kind of relationship, dial it up if you think it right. It can even come from a brief acquaintance. But you know she or he is the ONE. Mine was a Navy nurse that I knew for two months after a medevac from Viet Nam. Never a date, never even shared a cup of coffee and she was married. She knew I cared but never showed any affection. I think of her daily with that special kind of feeling. Yet I found another to love, and it's just as sweet.
I definitely agree with the other answers. Its love! There's this boy I know now and my friends say I'm in "love" with him but I have always denied it. I do really like him though and I always think about him. When I listen to music I close my eyes and think about his face. Can you connect? I think that was your other half just hanging around and now you wonder where all that has gone. Do you ever wonder if she feels the same way now? Hmmm So Good Luck to You!
Why Thank you. O(∩_∩)O
