If you pour soap on a sponge and pour water on then squeeze the sponge, will it produce more soap?

No it will not produce more soap. It will produce foam/bubbles and the more you rub it the soap will distribute around on the sponge which might seem like there is more, but there is no soap that is produced on the sponge.
