Sometimes your permanent teeth are not that permanent. There are cases in history (check the Guiness book of Records) with people that had 4 sets of 'permanent' teeth. But in everyday cases: no... they don't grow back.

It depends if they grow back or not. 1. If you have baby teeth, than they will grow back. 2. Guys just so you know some people have more than 2 rows of teeth, its very rare but its possible. Today I figured out I have 3 rows maybe even more!

permanent teeth never grow back, dentists manage to bond them but just in the period of 24 hours after the accident, if its too late, there's one solution wich is to bond new artificial teeth and sorry for my bad english.

fortunately it does.I lost my two  permanent canines 5yrs ago and on 4/7/2015 one of them started to regrow.

On the top 1st molar on the right hand side of my teeth i had lost the permanent tooth. After a period of time another one grew back it is a 3rd set but unfortunately it is much smaller than the other tooth roughly about half the size. And i am hoping the 2nd molar on the top left hand side would grow back also because it broke in half due to eating really hard bombay mix so i had to get it extracted like 3 days ago. I have done alot of research and i mean alot and i have come across some information on stem research which are currently working on how to activate the stem cells in our body that regrow teeth. They have found this information from lizards, aligators and star fish which have all got regenerational cells which our human bodies contained before we reached a certain age (2 years old) then it deactivated. This meant that if a 1 year old or a baby lost a finger tip or something they would regrow it back over time. Science is always inproving and comming up with new ways to advance technology so who knows in the future possibly our lifetime this technology might become available to regrow a new set of teeth naturally. But brace yourself it would probably be expensive.
