If I was on a plane about to crash, would I be able to get enough upwards momentum jumping from the plane to cancel the downward force and ultimately get a result of that as falling just a few feet?

No you would most likely not survive (not counting the fact of debris) . The reason for this is because you would still keep you downwards momentum and the jump would not be able to fully cancel that. In other words, let's say that you are falling 50mph in a plane, YOU Yourself have a momentum very close to the plane's if you jumped you would still be falling at 50mph.
