You're leaving a little bit out in your question. Have you had sex? Was it protected? Did you take a pregnancy test?

if you had unprotected sex then yes you could become pregnant. it's a 50/50 chance. if you don't want to get pregnant then either use a condom/birth control or just don't have intercourse.
