If You Get A Job As An Officer In, Say, The Navy And You Move To Live In Another Country, If You Join There Armed Forces Do You Get To Keep Your Rank Or At The Least Not Have To Go Officer Training Again, Or Do You Have To Start From Scratch? I Am Assuming It's The Latter But I Just Wanted To See If I'm Wrong.

Many foreign armed forces will not take you if you are not from their country, this is doubly so if you reach above a certain rank in the military in your home nation.
Some nations with no real officer training facilities will take you, sometimes at a lower rank and fast track you for promotions.
My cousin left the Royal Navy and joined the Canadian Navy a few years later and was fast tracked like that. I don't think there is any special arrangement between the UK and Canada about this.
