Gallbladder disease
High cholesterol
High blood pressure
Heart disease
Certain types of cancer
Osteoarthritis
Joint and muscle pain
Gastrointestinal problems
Sleep apnea
So not it'll shorting your life. You need to eat healthy foods 3 times a day and two small snacks. Also it depends on you health. But eating once a day is horrible.
