If you are pregnant and are around people who smoke marijuana will it come up in your blood stream?

fer sure... if you breathe it in long enough, it van make its way into your blood stream and either kill the baby, cause pre-mature birth, or the baby will have deformalities...

I wouldn't recommend smoking marijuana while pregnant or breastfeeding but being around people who smoke it is probably a very minimal risk to baby. To be safe, keep the room well ventilated.
