If Yeshua ,is Jesus real name , Why don't we use it ?

If we spoke Hebrew, instead of English we would refer to Jesus by that name. We would also call God by His name, referred to in Palms 83:18 (Yahweh) ) "May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth".
Both Jesus and Jehovah are English pronunciations.
Noteworthy, also, is the importance given to names themselves.
