i assume that humans naturally crave food that is high in cals because it will keep us alive longer and help us survive. for a cheat meal i went and had some nachos at the cinema and they were RUBBISH and stale, will stale food have the same nutritional breakdown? including calories

You need to stop assuming and learn some things. There are plenty of books about nutrition and they will tell you facts. Nutrition is a young science so the facts often change, but they are always better than stupid assumptions.
You also need to work on English composition, grammar, and meanings of words. I often wonder about people who say "u" and "dis" and don't bother to capitalize letters. I wonder what you do with all the time you save? I wonder why you are seeking knowledge about food when you are ignoring knowledge about how to write the question? It makes no sense to invent a new language, but ignore the language that your people already use.
I can understand that you don't like that, but it's still the best answer you will ever get.
that wasnt very helpful
