Space and time are basically just dimensions, right? We don't use different units for going forwards/backwards or left/right or up/down, so why do we use a different set of units when moving through the fourth dimension, time?

Length is an absolute time is movable…..to have time in length measurement something would have to move. An object can go at different speeds; the faster it goes the shorter the time would be. So you cannot have an absolute length measurementin in time unless there’s an absolute speed.
