First day of work she saw me, I got up from a table she was sitting at. Out my peripheral view I could see her turn her head to look back at me as I was leaving. A week later we had a shift together & she introduced herself to me. Later that day I was rolling silverware & she came relatively close beside me & proceeded to help out. I'm confused to if she's being nice or interested. She's hot by the way. 8.8/10

This may extremely very with things such as hair if they have black hair it must be determined with other things if it is a brown haired girl then most likely not but if they have orange or blonde hair then they may be interested in you this is all probability and I would also observe all of her conversations with you
answer is.........nice
she was looking at you at first because you were a new guy, a week later you were forced to work together so she had to introduce her self because she isn't socially awkward and later she was helping out because it's her job
Best way to know is to show small signs of affection like helping her out sometimes, but the best way to know is this....what are you on a "beauty" scale, if you think your self a 5, don't touch the sun my friend. If you ever get fired you can ask her out hehe
I find myself attractive. 6'4 black male, athletically built, well groomed. I think I'm an 8.8-9/10.
What got me is that I was the only person she introduced herself to. The other guys who've been there longer than me didn't even know her name. Throughout the shift I was the only guy she was conversing with so idk.
ask her out for a drink, a friendly drink after work, see how she thinks, poke around a bit, maintain eye contact, compliment her eyes after 5 min, ask does she have a bf, and at that point you will know everything
What?
