if I were to give you two IP addresses - 65.55.34.28 and 65.55.34.76 - could you tell me how similar they are?
If only the last two digits of an IP address differ, what's that say about their physical location?

all the ip address will change only last two numbers because, that will be identify the user . when many people u r communicating that time will be no confuse and mainly that is network address. when the user disconnect from the network that will disconnect and when u r connecting will be get the new ip address.
these are belongs to ip address class only.
65 belong to north america continent. So, those addresses r used by two ppl who r in north america.
second, 3 octets r same, means they r close logically. but physically they could be anywhere in north america.
par example, their subnet could belong to a all-university network and one can be in alaska university and other can be in mexico university.
if lucky, the subnet could belong to a ISP in a small city and so, they live in same city/neighborhood
