I stupidly took matters into my own hands and I didn't contact the insolvency practitioners as I was unaware I could do so. I am about to do that, as I called clients to tell them they were a scam company. They are now trying to prosecute however they are about to get closed down by the practitioners. What will happen to the case against me?
