If light hit a lime and it that light didnt have a green wavelength what color would the lime be?

If the lime was a pure green then it would appear black as the lime would not be able to reflect back the green portion of the spectrum of light hitting it. A natural lime is not pure green though so (without doing the experiement) it would likely appear blue and yellow with some black patterning. Blue and yellow sit either side of green on the spectrum so those would be more likely to dominate in the absence of green light, some black because some parts of the lime are pure green.
