If in Naruto only has 220 episodes then does Naruto get old in movies?

There is a second series called Naruto Shippuden it finishes were the original left off following closely with the manga. I think Naruto: Shippuden the Movie is the prequel to Naruto Shippuden, The Last: Naruto Movie shows Naruto as an adult and moving on in his life after the ending events in Shippuden.
