You need some engineering help just to write a coherent question. If your tank has an outlet at ground level then you only need a hose to water your garden. If you need a pump, you need someone to tell you what kind of a pump, depending on lift, flow rate, trash content, and other matters.
Im constructing a solar powered water pumping station for my college project. I want to use an IBC container, on ground level, with water to transfer water i.e feed plants.
I would like some help in some ways of determining the best size of pump and the required size of solar panel. (Analytical side of the report)
The system will only run around an hour or 2 a day and from this I will work out flow rates.
