If I wanted to create my own book and be able to get it published?

I Have like several worlds that play around in my head. And i would love to get them down on paper so that other people could experience them as well. But I don't know how to get it started. I have the plot ready and i have the character profiles pretty much figured out. But what do i do?

begin writing and look for target audience and what kind of genre, and length of book you want, ie. novel, novella, short story. Then contact a publisher which specializes in your subject area.

easy. first, write a story on your computer using microsoft word. (doesn't matter what version) then, look online for publishers in new york city. NYC(new york city) happens to be a major book publishing area. send it to one of them, and they'll tell you if they'll publish it. there you go!
