I want to start a website where I send a daily newsletter with information I have gathered from the internet and charge a small monthly fee. I would be based out of Arizona. Do I charge sales tax in Arizona? I also wouldn't have to charge sales tax outside of Arizona due to not having a nexus out of state correct?

First, you have to have a license to collect sales tax. Second, there is no tax on any interstate transaction. Third, the law specifies what is taxed and you had better study the law after every time the legislature finishes a session.
You don't need advice from strangers, you need a course in business management at the local college and ask the professor what other courses to take.
If you don't know enough to ask a lawyer when you need legal advice, then you just have to get along with what you get. Ask a stranger, get strange advice. My answer is perfect for the context. Nothing there to apologize for.
There actually is interstate sales tax to charge if you have a nexus in that state. And you cannot tell me every person that has a business knows every single thing about tax out of a stupid local college - you know that's not true. I graduated top in my university class and was seeking honest kind advice from perhaps a professional.
I actually know what to do now after some research, in case someone comes across this and needs the same advice.
I will first ask a local tax attorney about taxing in Arizona on digital subscriptions that have no physical goods involved (until I start selling physical merchandise which I know is obviously taxed in Arizona). If the digital subscriptions need to be taxed (which I'm 90% sure they are) I will use the site Avalara that connects to Stripe via API and calculates the appropriate tax for states that must be taxed. Stripe is the application that charges for the product.
