Anytime someone has something like skis in their possession I would think you would want to check them out really well just in case there are things that need to be replaced I think it's within your best interest to have the skis checked out just to make sure there is nothing missing or needs replacement parts because its been years since they have been used.
I have tried them on, and they click in well, and the boots fit fine with no troubles. They have been kept in a bag for the entire time. There is no issues or pieces missing with them. I'm just wondering if I would need to put some sort of wax on the bottoms.
