I workout everyday but i do workouts to lose weight so if i take them after the workout will it help me lose weight ??

Everyday after my workout I take a protein shake. Workout helps us extremely fat is burning. As I mentioned in the video, the reason I worked so hard to develop this protocol was because my wife had sustained some pretty serious injuries as a result of a car accident when she was working patrol as a Police Officer.
Here’s the fine news: Burning fat isn’t as hard as you believe. It doesn’t take a superintense workout or a strict diet to help fat oxidation, and in fact, you’re probably burning fat with each cardio session you do. Tossing back protein shakes won’t make you burn any more fat, however, and because they insert to your calorie intake, they may really make it harder to lose weight over time.
