if i spend most of my day in water will i lose weight and cleanse my body from bad cells and intruding chemicals?
also if this is true how often should i use this method?
i have tried all kinds of methods but nothing works.
this is my last resort.
i am 5'9" - 260 lbs but i have not lost or gained weight for years.
high blood pressure and i am an agoraphobic hikikomori.
