I'm moving to oregon and i have 5 or 6 cars that don't have titles. didn't buy them with titles. only have bills of sale from who i bought them from. I'm going to be bringing them with me and I want to be able to get titles for each. what would I have to go through to have new titles for these cars made in my name?
