yeah directly that is sinful.first it is adultery,then it is like pornography,so you aint on track but the good thing is you can repent and never repeat.... then what kind of marriage is among three?it seems very not normal for you to marry one person and then get satisfaction when you watch her with another man.... that is not the way to go.be married, enjoy each other and no one else.....

A BIG BIG sin. Number one your putting your wife in the position of committing adultery, fornication , and you'll be just as accountable , for putting your wife in a position to not have an approved relationship with God.
You should read 1 corinthians 6 : 9-11
But its clear you probably need some help try reading the book of proverbs entirely and matthew chapter 5 to 7 and also 1 corinthians 13: 1-8
