I just got a SSN card(no credit) in U.S and I'm going to financing a car for 48 months. If I have credit card with good credit, do I still need credit score to finance a car?

I think NO, but not sure. you should contact your merchant, they will give you the right answer. i am also a new user of credit card and going to discuss about this issue with my merchant "Alliance Bankcard Services".
