If I go through a staffing agency and I get the job,are they my employer or the actual job?

Are they a temp agency? When the job at the warehouse is over do you go back to the agency and they send you some where else? If so, you are an employee of the agency.

If the warehouse gives your check you are their employee.

If you pay the agency a one time fee for finding you the job you are the employee of the company where you go to work. i.e., the warehouse.
