I just want to know if this will affect their decision with hiring me if I change my name AFTER being hired. I start in August so I was also wondering if it'll be done by then. How long does the process usually take (I'm in Florida)? I can't change it after my internship/job because I'll be in a different state and that's when I'll start my official job hunt. I want a new beginning and I'm just so stressed out; I don't know what to do.
