Fasting usually slows down the metabolism, so if you do not want that to happen I would recommend having a comfortable breakfast that does not bother you while you do these activities.

Hi There, Thanks for your reply, since I heard people saying that after running should eat right away to recover the fuel of the body, but if I need to do yoga, I couldn't eat until about an hour, so that's why I am so confused, if I keep doing this , will it slow down my metabolism?
