If I am a CNA, how can I become a med tech too? Also I am in college majoring in biology?

A lot of community colleges offer medication assistant programs. You usually have to be a CNA for a certain time period before you can take this additional course. It is usually a semester long "3 credit" course, but I don't think those credits can be applied to anything else. Some med aide courses also require your facility to sponsor you before you can complete the course.
