If I am 18 and I weigh 280, if I lose weight slowly and workout, will I have loose skin?

thats where toning comes in to tighten those areas that look flabby your 18 years old so i think you could handle being able to loose weight and maintain it but the first stuff is this take fiber that has probiotics in it makes the intestines work properly so healthy eating fruits and vegetables 30 minutes of good excersise is a good start cutting the sugar out of your diet is good healthy way of life you could try green coffee bean its a good start
