If equal force(pressure) is applied from all direction on our body do we feel pain?

It depends on what you are talking about. If you are caught in a rock pile you will be crushed. If you are submerged in the ocean your blood will absorb nitrogen and you will feel great pain when the pressure is released. If you are placed in atmosphere under great pressure, several strange things happen, one of which is your blood absorbs so much oxygen that it poisons you. There may be some other ways of applying pressure.
