If a system runs on 3GHz while other works at 3ghz in turbomood ,will there performance be same?

I'm assuming you mean processor speed, so ya, they'll run the same....but I would go with the first one 'cause "turbo mode" probably means overclocking which can wear your processor out really fast, so ya they will "run the same".....but I'd go with the first one.
