If a person is hospitalized because they are unconscious how long can they survive without provision

In hospital, unconscious people are attached to a "drip" which slowly feeds and hydrates them via thier bloodstream.
Without being unconscious, you can survive more that 2 weeks without food (depends on how big your reserves are), so long as you have water. Dehydration results in death after around 3 days. Maybe an unconscious person would be a little longer, as they aren't moving or breathing rapidly.
Most people, when there unconscious they may stop breathing but if they really survive, they probably can only survive 1 day or so without water . because the body will burn up on the inside. plus the brain damage... nah that person definitly has to go to the hospital to be checked out.
