If a penquin stole your last cookie, would you have the right to smack him?

absolutely. even if he stole your first cookie. even if any creature stole anything, cookie or otherwise, you have that right.
but if its a penguin, and its your very last cookie, its not only your right to smack him, its almost your duty to smack him. and smack him good. not like a love tap, but more like a thunderclap to the face. he will respect you for it
