If a lawyer cannot help you in a law suit, is he supposed to send you a letter saying so?

Any time you hire a Lawyer and especially an attorney your pocket is being picked. Attorneys were beaten, tarred and feathered and banished in perpetuity from many early New England settlements because they were so greedy, sneaky and vile using their deceitful Legal dog-Latin to suck all the financials and resources everywhere they were found. Beware.
